Our honorable leadership team members, including Mr. Humair Ijaz, CEO & MD of the company, and Mr. Rudi Yahya, Senior Director Operations, EMEA, graced the event reiterating the importance to #InspireInclusion in our workplaces, and beyond.

Rafhan Maize Wellbeing Committee has proudly launched the INSPIRing and Wellbeing Library as a joint venture between INSPIRE BRG and the Wellbeing Committee. The initiative is aimed at promoting the culture of reading and helping develop a healthy community within the organization. The facility has been launched across all the plants in Pakistan and is being much appreciated by the employees.
Sustaining our deep-rooted relationship with maize supply chain partners, on 22nd May 2023, Rafhan Maize organized an insightful conference with maize farmers and buying agents. Our valuable partners joined us from 22 different grain markets, discussing ways to ensure sustainability of corn procurement, particularly for Specialties business. The session was attended by the senior management of the company and was concluded with attendees praising the recent company initiatives helping streamline the corn procurement and processing methods, including; installment of another weighbridge at Cornwala Plant, replacement of 100kg bag with 70kg bag considering the wellbeing of the labor, and establishment of the IT complaint centre facilitating customers and external stakeholders.
In a series aimed at fostering and nurturing enduring relationship with our business partners, Rafhan Maize sales team organized Dealers’ Meeting at Marriott Hotel, Karachi, on 18th May 2023. The heartwarming interaction with the senior management of the company encouraged the attendees to share their ideas for coping with the prevailing market challenges, and to mutually explore the new gateways to growth.
