What is INGROW ?
INGROW (Ingredion Get Ready for Opportunities at Work) is an accelerated, one-year long management trainee program. It aims to align the expectations and skill set of aspiring graduates with the company’s business needs and its long-term strategic vision. Under the guidance of our experienced and dedicated professionals, we offer structured learning, continuous feedback, and cross-functional job rotations across our core functions.

Early-in-career talent with 0-2 years of experience (consideration also given to those with non-traditional career paths)

What does the program offer?
INGROW designed to bring high-caliber early-in-career Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial & Business Administration talent into the organization and provide them with targeted developmental opportunities and accelerated experiences to build a superior foundation in all functions and, over time, significantly increase overall talent levels, capabilities and productivity.
What is the duration of the program?
It is a one-year long program - Management Trainee Officer will work in any business function allocated to them as per company need. The officer will be going through job rotations in at least 3 functions for cross functional trainings.
Can I apply in multiple streams?
Yes, you can apply in multiple streams based on your interest and areas of specialization
Need to relocate, Does company provide accommodation / relocation allowance?
Yes, the organization will be providing relocation facility.
I am a fresh Master’s graduate having work experience of more than a year, am I still eligible to apply?
Yes, you may apply
Does this program lead to permanent positions in the company?
Yes, the successful candidates will be graduating into permanent positions with the company.
When does the program start?
The applications go live in March while the onboarding will begin in June.
I am in last semester; can I apply for this opportunity?
Yes, you can apply , However you will be required submit your Final transcript prior to job offer
Which location I will be based if I get hired as an MTO?
You will be informed about the final location you’ll be based at, depending upon business needs and available opportunities, at the time of the confirmation. However, in case of relocation, disturbance allowance/residential facility will be provided to the qualifying candidates.
What are the possible locations for placement under this program?
You may be assigned at any Rafhan office location / Plant Site based on the business need.
