October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and on October 29th, 2024, Rafhan Maize team held a successful Breast Cancer Awareness Session, bringing together all the female employees at RMP and the medical experts on the subject from the Islamabad Diagnostic Centre, to promote education and support in the fight against breast cancer. The team shared valuable insights on prevention, early detection, and the latest treatment options. Participants engaged with experts during the Q&A session, gaining clarity on important topics related to their overall health.

Rafhan Maize Wellbeing Committee has proudly launched the INSPIRing and Wellbeing Library as a joint venture between INSPIRE BRG and the Wellbeing Committee. The initiative is aimed at promoting the culture of reading and helping develop a healthy community within the organization. The facility has been launched across all the plants in Pakistan and is being much appreciated by the employees.
Sustaining our deep-rooted relationship with maize supply chain partners, on 22nd May 2023, Rafhan Maize organized an insightful conference with maize farmers and buying agents. Our valuable partners joined us from 22 different grain markets, discussing ways to ensure sustainability of corn procurement, particularly for Specialties business. The session was attended by the senior management of the company and was concluded with attendees praising the recent company initiatives helping streamline the corn procurement and processing methods, including; installment of another weighbridge at Cornwala Plant, replacement of 100kg bag with 70kg bag considering the wellbeing of the labor, and establishment of the IT complaint centre facilitating customers and external stakeholders.
In a series aimed at fostering and nurturing enduring relationship with our business partners, Rafhan Maize sales team organized Dealers’ Meeting at Marriott Hotel, Karachi, on 18th May 2023.
