Rafhan Maize’s team organized a blood donation camp, in partnership with Sundas Foundation, donating 73 blood bags for patients suffering from genetic blood disorders. Employees from all departments and areas passionately took part in the noble cause and committed their continued support to help give hope and courage to those in need.
It’s so amazing to share that our production teams have gone above and beyond in achieving the highest-ever production targets while keeping safety and quality as our first priorities. With tremendous contributions from the Wet Milling Team, Dry Starch Team, Maintenance and Reliability Teams, and Agribusiness and Warehouse Teams, new records have been set in terms of production achievements. A special celebratory session was organized to acknowledge and appreciate the roles each team has played in keeping the bar high even during challenging times.
Rafhan Maize donated 3,000 dignity boxes, in partnership with the Akhuwat organization, for the female flood survivors in Pakistan. The aim was to distribute much-needed hygiene products to women who got displaced because of ravaging floods in the country. On 28th November the successful handover of all the boxes was completed. The caring action by the organization has been very well received by the beneficiaries.
Rafhan Maize Agribusiness team went above and beyond in achieving the highest-ever corn procurement target, even in the face of unprecedented challenges this year. Strong strategic planning and great teamwork enabled the organization to stay firm in navigating the crises so effectively. With great admiration for the whole team’s untiring efforts, the employees and the management team got together for a special appreciation dinner on 7th November to celebrate the unforgettable achievement we will cherish always.
Clothes for a Cause!
Generous donations of winter clothes and blankets were made by Rafhan Maize employees. In partnership with Akhuwat Clothes Bank, we were able to transfer those care bags to the flood-affected families in Pakistan
On 20th September we held our Long Service Awards ceremony. A total of 281 awards were presented. We are very fortunate to have such dedicated and loyal employees. The photograph shows Mr. Abbas Ahmad receiving his 35 years award. May Allah continue to bless Rafhan Maize Products Limited.
We are excited to launch our online system to efficiently record and handle customer complaints. Over the past 2 years, all our customers have moved onto our Portal. We will continue to improve our products and services for our Esteemed Customers.
A wonderful ceremony was held in Serena Faisalabad to appreciate our team members who were nominated for the Global CEO Awards 2022. It was a pleasure to learn about the great initiatives taken by our colleagues. Next year we will try to win the award for Pakistan Insha’Allah.
